Green & Digital (GD)
Green & Digital is a Greek consultancy specialising in European public policy, sustainability, digital transformation and environmental governance. The organisation supports public authorities, research organisations and innovation projects by developing evidence-based policy solutions, strengthening stakeholder engagement and promoting the uptake of sustainable and digital innovations across Europe.
GD leads the project's Policy Analysis and Policy Strategy, ensuring that the TRACER MRV System is aligned with European and international policy frameworks for agricultural greenhouse gas emissions. This work identifies policy gaps, assesses existing legislation and supports the integration of robust MRV approaches into future climate and agricultural policies.
GD also leads the development of evidence-based policy recommendations, translating the project's scientific and technical results into practical guidance for policymakers. This includes the preparation of policy briefs, practice abstracts and a comprehensive Policy Guide to support the uptake of harmonised MRV approaches and greenhouse gas mitigation strategies across Europe.
